1. Agreement to terms

By accessing keen-grid.digital and requesting information or services from Keen Grid, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit inquiries that imply contractual intent.

2. Services description

Content on this site describes experiential trade marketing support such as sampling programs, roadshows, and pop-up retail activations. Proposals, statements of work, and signed agreements supersede marketing copy when conflicts arise.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate product facts, safety data, approvals from retailers or venues, and timely access to decision makers. Clients remain responsible for product safety obligations, risk coverage where required, and permissions for photography or data capture.

4. Intellectual property

Site design, trademarks, and Keen Grid methodologies described at a high level remain Keen Grid property unless a written agreement assigns rights. Client logos and assets supplied for activations remain client property.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Keen Grid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or preliminary discussions. For executed projects, liability caps follow the governing contract.

6. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul, Korea, shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a signed contract specifies a different venue.

7. Dispute resolution posture

Parties should attempt good-faith negotiation before litigation. If a separate agreement mandates mediation or arbitration, that agreement controls.

8. Termination and survival

We may suspend site access for security or legal reasons. Provisions that logically survive termination—including intellectual property, liability limits where enforceable, and governing law—remain in effect.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
