1. Scope
Prices shown for event packages are informational and not an automated checkout. Refunds apply to prepaid deposits or invoices governed by a signed Keen Grid agreement.
2. Eligibility window
For qualifying service fees, clients may request cancellation within fourteen (14) days of the initial deposit date unless work has already substantially begun or third-party costs are non-recoverable.
3. Full and partial refunds
Full refunds apply only when no deliverables or venue commitments were incurred. Partial refunds may reflect hours logged, purchased materials, or non-refundable venue deposits.
4. Non-refundable items
Custom fabricated assets, rush fees after vendor confirmation, and third-party charges explicitly marked non-refundable are excluded from refund calculations.
5. Request process
Email hello@keen-grid.digital with invoice number, dates, and reason. We respond within five business days with a written determination.
6. Processing timeline and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days using the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise, paying details will be coordinated securely.
7. Korean consumer context
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers or other applicable Korean consumer regulations. Where law provides stronger protections, those provisions prevail.
8. Cancellations by Keen Grid
If we cannot perform due to force majeure or safety concerns, we will propose rescheduling or a good-faith credit before applying any non-recoverable pass-through costs.
