Sampling and event execution — three operating layers

This page distills how we kit, staff, and report when brands need retail-native sampling—not generic “brand experiences” detached from stock reality.

01 — Event kits

Kits ship with tamper-evident seals, batch-facing labels, and disposal bags matched to venue janitorial contracts. Each kit references the event package brief so crews do not improvise with leftover collateral from another city.

  • Night storage pouches when malls lock cases

02 — Staffing checklists

Checklists are color-banded by role: lead, runner, hygiene. Radio words are printed—not memorized—so substitutions mid-day do not invent new vocabulary.

03 — Recap dashboards

Dashboards default to three tiles: throughput story, incident/waste honesty, and fixture alignment photography. Raw CSV attaches when analysts want to remix numbers.

We deliberately avoid vanity metrics—no invented index scores—so distributor teams can trace every tile to a field note.

Ulsan market snapshot

Coastal foot patterns differ from landlocked hypermarkets: evening surges cluster near cinema and dining wings, while weekend mornings skew family-heavy with stroller traffic. Sampling lanes need wider turning radii and earlier hygiene wipes.

We keep localized runner ratios for Ulsan programs and emphasize photo documentation at escalator merge points—where guest flow arguments usually start.
