Roadshow load-in windows that keep venues calm
2025-03-02 · Woojin Lee
Venues fear blockages more than branding. We draft load-in maps with 15-minute slices that include cart parking, tape lines, and first fire extinguisher check. Realism earns trust.
When a window slips, we communicate in the venue’s vocabulary—security names, gate codes—rather than brand slang. It sounds small; it prevents cascading delays.
We also photograph completed stages at night. The photo is for tomorrow’s team, not social media.
If weather threatens an outdoor leg, the map already shows Plan B footprint so nobody improvises in the rain.
